Smells great and works well at working the tougher pieces of leather down so theyre chewable again.
Very disappointed, had I know the characters would be of a significantly lesser quality (almost undetectable) than the logo, I would not have bothered with the customization, it really cheapens the look of the product. I had hoped i just needed to moisturize with the tallow to bring out the definition, but no such luck.
