Buckaroo Chew — Return Policy Online & In-Person Purchases Effective January 16, 2024
All Sales Are Final At Buckaroo Chew, all sales are final. While we truly hope you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges.
Other Terms & Conditions Refunds will be considered only in the limited circumstances described below, and only at the sole discretion of the company:
- Damaged items. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with a photo of the damaged product(s) and a description of the damage.
- Incorrect items. If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with your order number and a note describing which item(s) you received instead.
- Orders that don't arrive. If your order does not arrive, please contact us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with your order number so we can look into it and make things right.
Cancellations Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
