We at Buckaroo Chew maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges.

If item(s) is damaged upon receiving please contact us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with an image of damaged product(s) and a description of damage. 

If wrong item(s) is received please contact us at howdy@buckaroochew.com with order number and what item(s) were received instead.
